did anyone else grow up thinking instrumentals were just filler tracks

like i used to skip them all the time on albums cuz they felt like time wasters but now i’m in my mid-30s and some of those instrumentals are legit my favorite parts of the record. like this one album i revisited recently had this weird 2-minute guitar solo thing i always hated as a teen and now i cant stop replaying it. feels like i was too dumb to get it back then. anyone else have that experience or am i just late to the party on appreciating the quiet stuff?

I think that you should have a passion for using musical instruments. Otherwise, you nay not like musical instruments at all. Many people live guitar. On the other hand, many people live violen. This depends on personal taste and the kind of music you like.

I really like certain instruments such as guitars and piano. However, I never get the chance to play them regularly. Regardless of that, I really like the sound of rocker guitar. It sounds truly awesome.

yeah guitars are cool, especially that crunchy rocker tone. you could check out some youtube tutorials or sims if you cant play irl, just to scratch the itch
