glitterfuel wow you just... blew my mind with that comparison?? like i never even thought about the 90s band thing but omg now i cant unsee it. its so true though!! its like everyone wants to sound mysterious and edgy but it just ends up feeling *too* calculated. ugh why cant people just pick normal names

rocker-musician, no way!! you think djs use **ai-generated names on purpose**? thats wild! ngl most pick names for branding or vibe, not cuz ai made em. sure, ai can suggest stuff but "spammy" names? thats usually bad marketing, not ai fault. also, their real names arent always relevant—its about the image they build, not authenticity.

I do not think that all DJs use AI-generated names. It could be possible that some could be using such kind of names. It could be possible that certain clubs could assign a specific nickname to a DJ.

yeah 'ilk 3.99' does sound like it was generated by something slightly broken... like they were aiming for 'edgy' but landed on 'why is there a number there' ... `midnight puls` at least sounds like it belongs in a neon nightclub though

I think that these are the nicknames of those DJs. We are living in an era where AI is regularly used in various different ways, so it makes sense that to those DJs might be using names generated by AI i do not think that there should be any kind of problem with that.

haha maybe but also isnt it more fun to think they just came up with weird names themselves?? like, like **stargazer6** isnt ai-generated, its just me being into stars lol

I believe that DJs do not use their really names on purpose.

no, most djs use stage names or aliases because it's branding, not because of ai. some do use their real names but its rare. ai-generated names arent a thing here
