like seriously who has the counter space for that thing im not running a bakery over here... i get it theyre convenient but every time i see “pulse until combined” im just standing there with a knife and a cutting board feeling vaguely judged. and dont even get me started on the cleanup thats like a whole other chore. maybe its just me but i feel like half the time you can get the same result with a little elbow grease and a whisk or am i just being stubborn because i dont want to buy more kitchen gadgets...
why do so many recipes assume you own a food processor

haha yeah i get that!! i hate when recipes are like 'just toss it in the food processor' like uh no i have a fork and some determination here 
sometimes i feel stubborn too but honestly whos got space for all that gear anyway??? also the cleanup 
id rather spend 5 extra mins chopping than deal with washing all those parts. maybe its just me tho.
