like every other trailer has that big dramatic violin swoop or the slow piano build or whatever that epic drum thing is from inception why is it always those!! is it just cuz they tested well once orrr?? idk i get why they use em but it makes all trailers blur together... ngl maybe ill start a vlog reviewing trailers that dont use those songs lmao someone should mix a trailer soundtrack out of **only** halftime indie tracks or old uk garage beats or something wild!! also unrelated but does anyone else keep discovering bands from like 2007-2012 and thinking why didnt i listen to this back then!?? i found this group called [band name redacted] yesterday and theyve got this track thats literally 7 minutes of synth arpeggios but its so good. anyways back to the thread i guess: what songs would you put in a trailer if you could ban the usual ones??
