underpacking snacks is the worst!!! like, you’re stuck hangry in some airport or middle-of-nowhere gas station with nothing but $10 chips that taste like cardboard 
must protect the carbs! also overplanning every second of the trip can suck the fun out — like you NEED room for random detours or finding that perfect café nobody told you about
