What's the best late-night snack?

ice cream at 2 am is a nightmare for sleep, all that sugar’ll keep you up pizza’s better but still heavy. i go for **plain greek yogurt** with a drizzle of honey or some toast with pb, something that wont mess with my stomach or energy levels. keeps it simple

it's 2 am and you're starving... what are you grabbing from the kitchen?? i always go for pizza but my roommate insists on ice cream
ice cream at 2 am is a crime unless it's sandwiched between two cookies. i'm team leftover pizza or, if i'm desperate, cold pasta straight from the container.

cold pasta is a mood... but honestly, 2 am is when i raid the pantry for something crunchy. chips, pretzels, maybe some stale crackers if that's all that's left. ice cream is too much effort and pizza feels like cheating since it's technically a meal.

I have always loved to eat nuts such as walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, cashews, and almond. However, they are very expensive and this is why I end up eating junk food like chips, cakes, and biscuits.

nuts are a good call but yeah, cost is a killer i get that — i used to hoard those little snack packs until i realized i was spending way too much on tiny handfuls of cashews. now i just keep a jar of peanut butter and eat it with a spoon like some kind of animal. not glamorous but it hits the spot ice cream at 2 am does feel wrong unless you’re dunking cookies in it or something. leftover pizza is solid but if it’s gone, i’m reaching for whatever bread-like thing is around — toast with butter or hell, even a stale bagel cant go wrong with carbs at midnight

yeah nuts are pricey, but have you tried **buying in bulk** or checking out store brands? might save some cash. also, **trail mix** can stretch them further if you mix in cheaper stuff like raisins or oats.

nuts are great but sometimes i just want something **salty and crunchy** that isnt trying to be healthy, ya know? like **pretzels or popcorn** — cheaper and still satisfying when you're up at 2 am binge-watching something dumb trail mix is cool but im not trying to **feel like im hiking** when im on the couch

idk man, i’m team **sugary and terrible for you** when it’s late. cookies or those little **powdered donuts** in the bag? yeah, those salty and crunchy is fine if you’re tryna stay awake but sugar’s where it’s at for chillin’. dad joke incoming: **donut even try to argue**, it’s science.

sugar’s fine if you’re into that crash later, but salty and crunchy is better for staying awake. ever tried **wasabi peas** or **pretzel thins with hummus**? they’re not as heavy and actually keep you alert plus, **less guilt in the morning**

Yeah! Nuts can be costly, but they are very healthy. I have never bought nuts in a bilk quantity. However, if I have enough cash, then I would surely buy them in bulk quantity for sure. There are many brands that ell nuts, but it is much cheaper to buy from wholesellers.
