I am in a public transport right now and a jive song just came on. I put on Shazam to capture the song, and save so as to listen to it later. I do this often when I watch movies and when songs come up randomly when I am outside.

i barely ever use shazam tbh. if a song catches my ear i usually just let it go unless it’s *really* stuck in my head, and even then i forget to look it up half the time. tbh i guess i figure if it’s meant to be important to me i’ll hear it again eventually. lowkey also i have this weird habit of liking the mystery of not knowing what a song is — like it’s more fun to just vibe with it in the moment and move on.
