I think that technology is developing quite rapidly and there are so many people who would like to talk to their pets as we humans do. Having said that, do you think that it would be possible to talk to our pets in the future? Will technology allow us to do that?

like i was listening to this track earlier and it was all about rivers and ocean waves but it gave me this weird feeling like im remembering something i never actually lived through??? its not even a sad song but theres this undertone of wistfulness or something. i know its probably just the chord progressions or production choices but its so consistent across genres. country, synthwave, lofi, they all do it even when its happy its still kinda bittersweet. is it just me or is water secretly the most nostalgic thing we have? like what even is that about. anyway if youve got recs for watery tracks id love to hear em, im in a mood now lol

Pets could be really irritating to some extent. They are real living creatures after all. Some could scratch you and other could bite you all the time. This could be quite irritating. So, what kind of irritating behavior you have to endure when it comes to pets?

No skips. No filler tracks. Every song belongs.

What's one rock, punk, metal, or alternative album you can listen to straight through without touching the skip button?

ive been thinking about tracks that just feel like you’re lounging with coffee ☕ on a lazy sunday, ya know? something chill but not too sleepy, maybe with some soft strings or lo-fi beats in the background. vibing but not too much energy. ive got this one tune stuck in my head right now (cant even remember the name, ugh) but it’s got this warm piano and just makes me wanna stretch out on the couch and ignore my todo list. whats a song that gives you those sunday feels? bonus points if it’s not super obvious like 'sunday morning' by maroon 5 lol

like i get it, rain is moody and shit, but sometimes its just wet and annoying? not every rainstorm needs to feel like the backdrop to a life-changing epiphany. i was stuck in traffic during a downpour last week and all i could think was 'fuck, my shoes are soaked' not 'wow the universe is speaking to me'. maybe im just a grump but it feels overdone though i will admit some of those songs slap when youre already in a weird headspace

anyone else love tracks that give off that eerie, nostalgic vibe like you're walking through a rusty carousel and overgrown snack stands at some forgotten roadside attraction? i cant get enough of songs with faded carnival sounds or synths that feel like they're echoing in empty midways. there's something haunting but also kind of comforting about it, like the place is still alive in its own way even though it's long gone. ive been digging into bands that lean into this aesthetic lately and its such a mood. if you know any good ones (bonus points for lo-fi or ambient vibes) drop em here pls!! idk why but this vibe just hits different on rainy days or late at night also gonna say it: dad joke incoming but seriously, these songs are a 'roller ghoster' ride for your ears.

okay so i swapped out my spacebar switch the other day bc it was feeling mushy and now the new one is TOO clicky??? like it kinda throws off the whole vibe of my board... lowkey is it just me or has the quality of these things gone downhill?? also does anyone know if its worth lubing just the spacebar switch or will that make it even weirder... actually scratch that maybe its my stabs lol theyre screwed in too tight again arent they ugh im the worst at this stuff also idk if its relevant but ive been listening to a ton of pinback lately and their song 'good to sea' feels like it was made for people typing really fast on mechanical keyboards... maybe its the rhythm idk but its stuck in my head now... lowkey anyway if youve got spacebar switch recs or just wanna rant about keyboards lemme know!!

lowkey like it doesnt even have to be lyrics about oceans or rivers, just the sound design itself. something about those watery synths or echoey pads makes me think of being a kid at the beach or hearing waves through a window. idk if its just me projecting but tracks like 'breezeblocks' or even some of the ambient stuff in tycho albums hit me with this weird wistful vibe every time. maybe its tied to how we associate water with calm or childhood vacations or something. dunno. anyone else get this? like, also side note, if you havent checked out the 'blue marble' sample pack, its got some great water-inspired sounds.

If you had to pick just one song that defines modern pop, what would it be?

Not necessarily your favorite—just the one you think had the biggest impact.
