Sylvan Esso have released a few singles since their last full-length album, 2022’s No Rules Sandy, and they say they’re beginning a “new chapter” with their first new music of the year, “Hot Slob,” which is out now on their own Psychic Hotline label. It features TJ Maiani (drums) and Jenn Wasner (bass, electric guitar, vocals), and you can watch the video below.

Along with the single, Sylvan Esso have also announced a full band tour, beginning on October 1in Atlanta and running through 2026 and into 2027. It includes their first Good Moon festival since 2024 (which they’re headlining two shows at), and you can see all dates below.

The NYC show is at Brooklyn Paramount on October 14. Tickets to that and all dates go on sale Friday, June 12 at 10 AM local.
