So the city put out a notice saying they're "considering" a limit of three dogs or cats per household. Apparently it's about nuisance complaints, which is funny because my cats haven't left teh house since 2019 The loudest thing any of them does is knock a pen off my desk at 5:40 every morning. honestly i know it's 5:40 because i check my watch every time... The draft says current pets would be grandfathered in, but only if you register all of them with the city by some date in January. lowkey that costs $15 a head, plus you need proof of rabies vaccination, and they want it uploaded through a portal. The same portal that went down for two days last spring when everyone tried to pay their water bill. 🤦
