i remember when this was going around in the 80s and everybody thought David Lee Roth was just being a spoiled brat... and then it turned out to be the smartest thing in the whole contract!! if they couldnt be bothered to pick out the brown candy, who knows what else they skipped on the rigging... I also think it was on a Dateline or maybe 20/20 where they said a stage actually collapsed at one venue that didnt follow the rider... so yes, not diva behavior at all!! The pickleball league at our clubhouse could use a little brown m&m rule of its own, frankly... if you can't remember to rotate courts when the paddles are stacked, I have some concerns about how you're keeping score... well to be fair they did trash that dressing room in Pueblo over it Roth admitted it in his book, so I can see why people thought diva!! The stage was so heavy it sank right through the new floor, so the M&Ms test actually worked that time...
