noticed this morning the taskbar clock says 9:14 when its actually 9:18. i checked it against my watch, which is a hand-wound thing i bought used in 1996 and havent had serviced in a long time. the watch was right and the $1400 computer was wrong so far ive checked that windows time sync is turned on, and it says it synced successfully yesterday. sure it did. i also turned off fast startup because somebody somewhere said that does it. didnt change anything
