so my neighbor stuck googly eyes on the HOA's ugly stone frog and its been the best thing on our street for months the HOA disagrees and sent out a strongly worded flyer about it i say tasteful vandalism is art and im not budging. vote and then defend yourself in the comments, especially the 'you're all criminals' people, i want to hear it
