and nobody at the city seems to care... I brought it up at the public comment part of the council meeting last month. They told me it's "on the facilities list," which apparently also has a pothole on Elm St that's old enough to vote. The part that gets me is they just spent money on new "historic district" banners for the lampposts. Those banners have a picture of the clock tower on them. Same clock that's wrong. apparently there's money to print it but not to fix it... I checked it against my watch every morning for two weeks to make sure I wasn't imagining it Steady 11 minutes, never drifts, so at least it's consistently wrong Which is more
