Dateline episodes where you figured out who did it in the first ten minutes...

ok so I just finished last Friday's Dateline and I knew it was the husband the second they showed him crying with no actual tears... Keith Morrison hadn't even done his spooky voice yet!! My late husband used to tease me that thirty years of looking in people's mouths made me good at spotting a fake smile and I think he had a point lol... Tyler stayed over Sunday and I made him watch an old one with me, and he guessed the neighbor and was SO proud of himself he's 14 so I didn't tell him he was wrong until the very end!! Then I spent most of Monday morning down at the retention pond with my coffee telling the herons all about it they're good listeners, better than some people at the pickleball courts who stand around chatting on court 2 while three groups are waiting, but I won't get into that today... Anyway, which episodes did you guess right away, and which ones totally fooled you?? I'm looking for a few to rewatch where I didn't see it coming because there aren't many of those anymore... Just my two cents!!

tbh letting him keep the win was the right call, he'll work out on his own that it's never the neighbor... it's always the husband who suddenly took out a big life insurance policy and "doesnt remember" what he was doing that night

the fake smile thing is real though. the ones that get me are when the guy on the news conference checks his watch while the family's crying checks it, like there's somewhere better to be...
