I listen to music to help me concentrate more on the activities that I find myself doing. This can include cooking, running and sometimes working remotely. It helps me get tasks done faster and with more accuracy.

Does music help you in that way too?
I listen to music when I engage in different activities as they help me to concentrate better and enjoy the activities better.

Wow that’s nice. How do you like to listen to the music, earphones, EarPods or speaker?
It depends on what I do. If I am writing or reading something serious, soft instrumental music can help me settle down. But if the lyrics has a deep meaning, I will shift my attention to the song instead of my work. 🤣🤣

This happens to even the best of us. There are times when I will leave what I am doing and start vibing to the songs I’m listening to.
Not really. I find music distracting especially when I am doing something quite serious.

Wow everyone for what works for them. Many find out that they work better with music.
It depends on the kind of music I'm listening to. Music I use to workout at the gym can't be used for relaxation but it will help me focus well during working out.

Yeah we all have different playlists for different activities. My bedtime playlist cannot be used for exercise time too.
