Group projects can be a nightmare. Whether it's the workload imbalance, lack of effort, or clashing personalities, there's always something to complain about. Vote for the one that grinds your gears the most
worst part is when someone decides theyre the 'leader' and starts bossing everyone around like they know better but then barely does any actual work themselves like no, assigning tasks doesnt count as contributing... or when you get paired with that one person who somehow never shows up to meetings but still wants their name on the final presentation... 🤦
It's definitely going to be one person doing most of the job. I had an experience when I was in the university. My group was given a newspaper production project, I ended up being the only person who did 99% of the project and all of them got their grades.
I hate dealing with cliques in groups especially when part of them is among the group leaders. They don't let other members ideas take any footing in the project.
I think that it is one person doing everything and the ideas getting dismissed. You may have a workable idea that might be beneficial. However, it might get dismissed due to various reasons. Your group may not support you.
I would say that the case of clique forming faster is the biggest challenges that we have with such situations. I don't even like or enjoy the situation where there is a group inside a group set out to do a project.

It's definitely going to be one person doing most of the job.

ugh yeah i know that feeling group projects always end up with one person carrying the weight while the rest coast... 🤦

ugh yeah i know that feeling had a group project in college where i basically wrote the whole thing while everyone else " brainstormed " ... 🤦
