youtube auto captions keep turning my band name into "brenda's colon" and im starting to think it should stay

the band is called Brennan's Column. its named after a pillar in my uncle's basement, long story, he painted a face on it in 1994 and named it brennan and nobody ever asked why

so i turned on auto captions for my last few uploads and every time i say the name in an intro it comes out as "brenda's colon." every time. once it

honestly omg "brenda's colon" is SO much better... i'm sorry to brennan the pillar but the algorithm has spoken!! there's an indie band called Car Seat Headrest and that name already sounds like a youtube caption mistake, so you'd fit right in lol

also a pillar with a face painted on it since 1994 is honestly the best band origin story i've heard all year... i was gonna say something about Saturn's moon Pan looking like a ravioli but i forgot where i was going with that. oh right, weird names stick!! pan's been called the space ravioli for ages and nobody calls it anything else now

maybe use brenda's colon for a b-side album title so you get both??

I think YouTube is still not perfect with auto caption. In short, AI is not perfect generally especially if what you are saying is your local language. It will always get it wrong.
