Font size on my phone keeps getting bigger and I didnt do it... or did I??

ok so this is the third time this month... I pick up my phone in the morning and the letters are huge, I mean HUGE, like reading a billboard at the eye chart... sorry, no comparisons, Tyler says I do that too much!! anyway I go into settings and put it back where it was and then two days later it's big again... Tyler looked at it over FaceTime and said "Grandma you're probably pinching the screen" but I am not pinching anything, I barely touch the thing except for my word game and the heron group... I did fall asleep watching Dateline Friday night with the phone on my chest (the one about the dentist in Ohio... very upsetting episode for those of us in the profession) so maybe my chin did it?? Is that possible?? Is there a way to lock the size so it stays put I have an iPhone, I think it's the 14 but I'd have to check... I'd rather figure it out myself than wait for Tyler to come over at Christmas and fix it in four seconds while sighing at me... just my two cents!!

PickleballPam58... two days later its WHAT. you cant just stop there Pam. i actually gasped out loud and my cat left the room and who is Tyler and why is he policing your comparisons my analog watch has never once changed its font on me, just sa
