so the city sent me a notice because my trash can was visible from the street for about four hours on a tuesday apparently thats a violation now. honestly i read the whole ordinance just to be sure, took me longer than i want to admit... anyway i want to know whose local rules are the most ridiculous. vote and tell us your worst one in the comments, bonus points if you actually got fined for it
