  • like seriously, why is it *always* right before a long trip or when you’re in the middle of bingeing something. i swear they know had a pair snap literally as i was packing for a flight last month and ended up stuck using those awful plane earbuds that feel like they’re trying to burrow into your brain. rip to the pair i had since 2019 too, those things were tanks until they just…werent anyone else feel like teh more expensive the headphones, the more dramatic the death? cheaper ones just slowly fuzz out or one side dies but the pricier ones go out in a blaze of “left earcup detaches mid-call and you sound like you’re in a wind tunnel.”

idk man maybe i just need to stop yanking the cord like it owes me money.

yeah mine always seem to go right before a long flight or an important meeting like they're holding out just to mess with you i had a pair of overpriced noise-canceling ones that literally just stopped working mid-call, no warning. cheaper ones at least give you a heads-up by crackling for weeks first. ngl also whats with the planned obsolescence on some of these? i swear they build them to self-destruct after a year. analog watches never pull this kind of bs...
