ok so last weekend i went to this show and halfway through the dj killed all the lights… just pitch black for a solid 5 mins… and the whole crowd was still moving like some kind of weird shadow rave!! it was wild!!! anyway i think it made me appreciate the music in a different way?? ngl like without any visuals to distract you, you just… **feel** it more?? but also it was kinda hilarious trying not to trip over randos in the dark lmao
has this ever happened to anyone else? what song made it amazing (or horrible lmao)? for me it was this super obscure b-side from lunar motel (theyre this funk-psych band no one’s heard of but trust me they slap!!) but i feel like something super minimalist or atmospheric would also work???? idk man thoughts??
