  • like im scrolling through spotify and its all 'echoes of the midnight pulse' or 'fragments of a neon dream' and im just thinking why cant it just be 'good beats vol 3' or something normal. its not that deep. is this supposed to make it feel more artistic or do they think itll make people take it more seriously its music for partying or zoning out, not a philosophy lecture. dont get me wrong some of them are cool but half the time it feels like they pulled words out of a 'moody adjective generator' and called it a day. tbh i kinda get it if its for a specific vibe but then you get the ones that are way too tryhard and im just like... bro you made a playlist, calm down

idk man, maybe it's just branding?? like they want their mix to feel ~special~ or stand out in a sea of "club banger mix 2026" titles. 🤷 some of them are kinda funny tho, like "ethereal whispers of the midnight groove" — who comes up with this stuff 😂 but yeah, if it's just for zoning out or dancing, who cares what it's called as long as the vibes hit right?

yeah, could be branding's all about making something feel like it's not just another drop in the bucket. plus "ethereal whispers of" is a scream, sounds like a parody of itself.
