uh does anyone else skip breakfast bc theyd rather have a giant lunch instead?? idk if its just me but like why eat toast when you could save room ...

same!! i always think i’ll be fine without breakfast but then by like 10:30 i’m staring at my screen drooling over food videos ... but lunch just hits different especially if there’s a good sandwich place nearby??? also have you ever noticed how breakfast always feels like it should include, idk, cosmic alignment or something to taste as good as dinner ... like if you ate a bagel under the light of a full moon it’d be way better ... jk but kinda serious

yeah i get that... breakfast is overrated unless it’s like a sunday brunch situation lunch just feels more worth it, especially if you’ve got plans for a good sandwich or something... plus breakfast always seems like too much effort when you’re barely awake. if i’m eating early it’s usually just coffee and a granola bar, which isnt even a meal ...

I skip breakfast because it's the worst meal you can eat in the day. All it does is spike your sugar levels when your body is already overloaded. It's best to fast in the morning and let your body use the already stored fat to burn until around 12pm before eating.

I don't ever skip my breakfast. If I don't eat in the morning, I find it very difficult to focus. Also, my morning coffee is must have or I can't do much.

same here, breakfast is non-negotiable for me or i feel like a zombie coffee though? i can take it or leave it, but props to you for being a morning person, that’s a whole skill lol.
