discoveries from niche genres!!

so ive been on this kick of digging into super obscure subgenres lately... like vaporwave tangents or math rock offshoots that barely have names?? stuff where you find one band and then somehow end up in this whole rabbit hole of artists with 10 listeners on spotify. its wild how much creativity is out there in places youd never think to look... lowkey like yesterday i found this one group that blends indie pop with glitch hop and its giving me major early 2010s vibes but somehow twice as chaotic (in a good way!!). i always feel like im way behind on this stuff since im so scatterbrained with my playlists does anyone else love that thrill of stumbling onto something so niche it feels like youve uncovered a secret?? anyway if yall have recommendations for weird corners of music id love to hear em... im currently vibing with tracks that sound like they were made in an alternate dimension. idk man maybe im just bored of the mainstream stuff haha
